Care training courses

This programme of 16 individual care training courses aims to provide a range of CPD opportunities to help equip staff to fulfil their duties.

Funding for care courses

Funding for care training at accredited centres, like Care-Ability, is often available from Government backed organisations like Skills for Care, in order to ensure that the care workforce has a uniformity of skills. For the most part, this relates to the Core Induction standards, which we have priced at a level that means that our 4 day Induction programme, if completed succesfully, will be virtually free of charge. The initial cost of the course must be paid in advance, but when completed each trainee (or their employer) may apply for reimbursement from the relevant organisation or Government department.

Care-Ability Training Ltd Offices

Our care training courses all revolve around Learning and Physical disabilities and range from our Induction, which is Certified by City and Guilds and covers all of the mandatory elements, through to client-specific behavioural management training.

With the NVQ qualifications disappearing and the new framework qualifications falling into place, we are also able to offer accredited training modules that will lead to a Learning Disability Qualification (or it's equivalent) at levels 2, 3 and 4.
