Some training organisations tend to think that an Induction into Care is generic and works for everyone. We don't.

Some will train HCA's alongside learning disability support workers. We won't.

Some will treat learning disabilities as a small part of their total offering. To us it's everything.

Every aspect of our care training, from our Core Induction to specialist Behavioural Management is shot-through with the issue that underlines all aspects of learning disabilities, the difficulty that our clients have in communicating with the world around them. The anxiety of not being able to effectively express their feelings.
